API outage

From 1:45 EDT to 2:15 EDT (17:45 UTC to 18:15 UTC) there was a brief API outage which led to issues on the mobile application, web dashboard and room displays. This outage was caused by a release containing changes to database queries which were not performant when introduced into a production environment.

We will be evaluating better ways to test queries under production conditions prior to release to help mitigate the risk of similar bottlenecks in the future.
